3 EASY STEPS TO GETTING YOUR ARTWORK:
(1) You select the background design by placing your order. (If you make your purchase from the page you are currently on, your background design will be WEDDING RINGS. To browse other designs, visit our store at http://secondchancetreasures.ecrater.com and search "personalized artwork".)
(2) You provide your own photo, title and message.
(3) You receive your custom-created, personalized artwork, featuring your selected design background combined with your photo, title and message text, in a .jpg format file via email once payment has been received and cleared, and the .jpg file has been created (which will take no longer than 7 days from payment clearance).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PHOTO:
You may send your photo in electronic format (.jpg format only, please) by email, or in printed format by regular mail. If mailing a printed photo by regular mail, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) if you want your photo returned; photos will not be returned and will be discarded if an SASE is not provided. Photos provided can be portrait format (more tall than wide) or landscape format (more wide than tall). Photos provided in electronic format must measure at least 350 pixels by 500 pixels, or 500 pixels by 300 pixels. Photos provided in printed format must be at least 3 inches by 5 inches, or 5 inches by 3 inches. We can NOT enlarge photos (we can only reduce their size). NOTE: If emailing a photo, please limit the file size to 1 MB or less. Your photo will be displayed in your personalized artwork "as is", apart from reduction in size as needed for layout-fitting purposes. Any red-eye, tears, imperfections, damage, etc., in the photo you provide will NOT be corrected, so keep that in mind when selecting a photo for submission. (If you are providing a printed photo by regular mail, our resizing/cropping will NOT alter your original image, and it will be returned to you unchanged (if an SASE is provided).)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR TITLE AND MESSAGE TEXT:
The maximum title length is 40 characters. The maximum message length for a letter or poem is 100 words. The maximum message length for a list (such as a list of milestones) is 50 words. Text may be provided by email or regular mail, but must be typed. NO HAND-WRITTEN TEXT, PLEASE. Text will be displayed in your personal artwork "as is". Any spelling, grammatical and typographical errors in the customer-provided text will NOT be corrected.
RESTRICTIONS AND LIABILITIES REGARDING YOUR PHOTO AND TEXT:
(1) Copyright clearance for the customer-supplied image and text is entirely the customer's responsibility and liability. The seller will NOT be held responsible for any copyright breach.
(2) Any image or text you provide will only be used for the creation of your layout. We will not use/reuse them for any other purpose. (For that matter, the images and text used in the sample layouts are not customer-supplied.)
(3) Absolutely NO photographs of celebrities or other recognizable public figures.
(4) Absolutely NO obscene, pornographic, offensive, defamatory or slanderous images or text.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PRINTING OF YOUR ARTWORK:
We do not offer any printing services. By purchasing this item, you are purchasing personalized artwork in electronic file format only. You then may print your personalized artwork at home (using your own printer, ink and paper), or have it printed at any professional photo developing shop that provides digital photo printing services. Printed results may vary depending on the make and model of printer, ink and paper, as well as printer settings. The seller is not responsible for the performance of the printer, ink or paper used when the artwork is printed, either by the customer at home or by the customer's selected photo-printing vendor. On our printer, these designs print on an 8.5-inch by 11-inch sheet of photo paper with the design's printed area taking up 7.25 inches wide by 9.25 inches high. There is a white border on all sides which can be evenly trimmed so that the finished piece is 8-inch by 10-inch with a 3/8-inch white border on each of the 4 sides. We cannot guarantee that all printers will result in these identical dimensions; the dimensional resuls may vary depending on the printer, printer settings and software used. Before printing, please "preview" the picture on your printer to insure that the entire image will be printed. Reset printing margins or reduce/enlarge the image size as needed. You may be able to easily resize to scale by selecting the "print to fit page" option on your printer if that's available.
